Our residential cleaning duties include dusting, vacuuming, and wiping all exterior surfaces in each room of the home. While dusting, we automatically include dusting and cleaning the ceiling fans and fixtures. Kitchen duties will include cleaning the exterior of the cabinets, appliances cleaned on the exterior as well as under & behind. The appliances include the oven, microwave, and fridge. All other appliances will include an additional service fee. There will also be an additional service fee to clean the interior of all appliances. In the home, we will clean the interior of all windowsills however, there will be an additional service fee to clean the interior of windows. Although baseboards in bathrooms are mandatory and automatically will be cleaned, any other required baseboard cleanings will have an additional fee. We will make the bed if asked, however there will be an additional fee to change linen. Please be advised that if objects are in the way inhibiting us from cleaning areas of concern, owner is responsible for moving objects as we are not risking being held liable for any damage. Please be advised that if your home is in more extreme conditions then we saw during your consultation, T&T Phenomenal Cleaning Services, LLC have the right to leave the premises and cancel your appointment.
